Bring a friend, family member, or romantic partner to this comforting, supportive, and therapeutic practice where you will explore flexibility, relieve tension, balance your body and rejuvenate your mind. The practice includes a gentle partner flow followed by guided stretches. Take turns giving and receiving rhythmic massage, acupressure, and gentle assists to stretch your muscles and enhance communication, trust, and intimacy. No yoga experience necessary.
