Please join us for an outdoor yoga practice on Wednesday evening at Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road. Our donation-based Vinyasa Flow class is open to all skill levels. Rest and modifications are encouraged. We look forward to being together at the close of the day and lifting up our intentions. Please use the paved driveway - not the gravel one- when entering from Quaker Road. Also, please bring along a yoga mat if you have one.
