Experience the profound practice of Yoga Nidra and access the heightened state of awareness that exists between wakefulness and sleep. Settle into Savasana pose and relax into a thoughtfully-guided meditative practice of stillness offered in the radiance of candlelight and healing sound. No yoga experience necessary.
Note: Please bring one or two blankets and a pillow since you will be lying still on your back for at least one hour and it is helpful to have a little extra cushioning. .

Backbend Lab: Strength, Space, and Longevity
Explore the art of backbending in this 2-hour workshop designed to be both challenging and accessible. Through a dynamic vinyasa flow and focused drills, we’ll prepare the body to safely approach poses like Camel, Bridge, and Bow with alignment, stability, and mindful progression. You’ll leave with practical tools for sustainable backbends and a greater sense of openness and ease.

Strength & Release: A Deep Mobility Workshop Actions
Find freedom in your body through strength, awareness, and release. This 2-hour workshop blends resistance stretching, an active, strength-building approach, with myofascial release ball rolling to challenge your strength, release deep tension, and restore natural range of motion. Expect active stretching, ball rolling, and muscular engagement that’s intense but effective ,balanced by release and recovery. You will leave feeling stronger and aligned from the inside out. This workshop will help you release deep, stuck tension in fascia and muscles, build flexibility by strengthening as you stretch, and improve mobility and support long-term resilience. Yoga & Flower Arranging with Gemma & Cindy
Welcome the transition into autumn with this enriching fall workshop. We will be begin with a heart-opening Outdoor Yoga practice from 5–6 pm with Gemma, followed by a hands-on flower picking and floral arranging workshop with local floral artist, Cindy Olentine, from 6-7 pm. You will create your own seasonal bouquet to take home, along with a calmer mind and a more peaceful heart. 108 Sun Salutations for Autumn Equinox
Celebrate the start of a fall with our Gratitude Yoga teachers as we take turns leading a devotional practice of 108 Sun Salutations. A longer series of Sun Salutations is always a wonderful way to gain clarity and set our intentions for the new season. Sharing this rhythmic, meditative flow with others helps ground us in our bodies, crystallize our aspirations and prepares us to open to love. Rest and modifications are encouraged.

Princeton's first nature preserve, Herrontown Woods offers over three miles of walking trails, a botanical art garden, and a stream that flows through 142 acres of boulder-strewn forest. We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage.

Breathwork & Meditation
A guided journey into breath and rest to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Explore the science of breath and return to your grounded home base through practices that support emotional balance and deep rest. You will move through slow flow breathing to calm and oxygenate the body, conscious connected breathwork to clear and expand awareness, and a deeply restorative meditation to integrate and settle. Reiki is offered throughout to support balance. Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with certain medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, epilepsy). If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.

Tranquil Reset: A Sound Bath for Calming & Relaxation
Join Ash for a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will guide you into a peaceful meditative state. This immersive experience is designed to help release stress, restore balance, and promote inner healing.
Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat. The studio will provide some blocks and blankets, but we encourage you to bring any additional items—cushions, extra blankets, or whatever will help you feel most comfortable during the session.
