We look forward to being back in the woods for our weekly Saturday morning Donation-Based Outdoor Yoga class at 11 am in the serene setting of Herrontown Woods, beginning June 6. Our heart opening Vinyasa flow sessions bring breath and movement together in harmony with the healing power of nature.

Princeton's first nature preserve, the 142-acre Herrontown Woods offers over three miles of walking trails, a botanical art garden, and a stream that flows through a boulder-strewn, mature forest. We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage.

All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome. Rest and modifications are encouraged. Class Donations will support Friends of Herrontown Woods' ongoing efforts to create a place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community.
