Join Ash for a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will guide you into a peaceful meditative state. This immersive experience is designed to help release stress, restore balance, and promote inner healing.

Explore the science of breath and return to your grounded home base through practices that support emotional balance and deep rest.
