Yoga at The Princeton Festival with Princeton Symphony Orchestra at Morven Museum & Garden
We are honored to share yoga at the Princeton Symphony Orchestra’s 2026 Princeton Festival on June 14. Enjoy a morning of movement, music, and serenity with this free, guided, outdoor yoga classes in the picturesque setting of Morven Museum & Garden's accompanied by Princeton Symphony Orchestra cellist, Georgia. Yoga in the Garden is suggested for adults and children ages 10+ and open to all skill levels. Please note that our 8 am Gentle Vinyasa class is CANCELED on June 14.

Take your practice outdoors with us to Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road at 6 pm on Wednesday 6/17 & 24. Our donation-based all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all skill levels. We look forward to being together at the close of the day and lifting up our intentions.
In the event of rain,we can take our yoga practice indoors into the property’s beautifully restored 18th barn overlooking the fields. Please use the paved driveway - not the gravel one- when entering from Quaker Road. Kindly bring along a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything that will make you comfortable for an outdoor practice.
Please note that our 6 pm In-Studio Vinyasa class will be canceled on 6/17 & 24.

Heart Open: Myofacial Release, Pranayama & Loving Kindness
We practice so we can live more fully, with our hearts still intact. To stay open, curious, and loving even when life asks a lot of us. In this workshop, we will move through myofascial release with therapy balls, a full-body vinyasa practice, and pranayama, arriving layer by layer at the heart. Loving kindness meditation seals the practice. When we learn to reside in the heart, it becomes a gift, to ourselves and to everyone around us. Open to all levels.

Outdoor Yoga in the Garden at Morven
We are excited to offer this weekly Donation-Based Outdoor Yoga class on the beautiful grounds at Morven Museum & Garden, located in the heart of Princeton. Our all-levels Vinyasa class is open to everyone. Donations provide essential support for Morven’s illuminating exhibitions, educational programming, and special events and help Morven preserve and share its history and authentic stories.
In the event of rain, we will move inside Morven’s Education Center - a lovely, peaceful space for an uplifting yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, a water bottle, and an open heart. This class replaces our In-Studio Vinyasa class on Wednesday at 6 pm.

Strength & Release: a Deep Mobility Workshop
Find freedom in your body through strength, awareness, and release. This 2-hour workshop blends resistance stretching, an active and strength-building approach, with myofascial release ball rolling to help release deep tension and restore natural range of motion. Rather than passive stretching, students work with muscular engagement, resistance, and intentional release to build flexibility supported by strength.
Expect active stretching, self-massage ball rolling techniques, and deep muscular engagement that’s intense but effective, balanced with moments of release and integration. The work follows key meridians, targeting areas where tension tends to accumulate and supporting ease, stability, and resilient movement.
