We are grateful to take our practice outdoors to Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road on Wednesday, August 26 at 6 pm Our donation-based all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all skill levels. We look forward to being together at the close of the day and lifting up our intentions.

In the event of rain, we can take our yoga practice indoors into the property’s beautifully restored barn overlooking the fields. Please use the paved driveway - not the gravel one - when entering from Quaker Road. Kindly bring along a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything that will make you comfortable for an outdoor practice. Note that we will also have some yoga mats available to borrow.
