Celebrate the start of winter - a time of rest and rejuvenation. Join our Gratitude Yoga teachers as we take turns leading a devotional practice of 108 Sun Salutations. A longer series of Sun Salutations is a powerful way to gain mental clarity and embrace our intentions for the new season. Sharing this rhythmic, meditative flow with others helps ground us in our bodies and prepares us to move forward with courage and grace. Rest and modifications are encouraged. This community class is offered by donation in support of Princeton Cornerstone Community Kitchen.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Our studio opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
