Please join us next February in the Dominican Republic for a four-night retreat dedicated to yoga, meditation, and gentle self-reflection. Together, we will attune to the rhythms of nature - quieting our minds, awakening our bodies, and opening our hearts. Our days will include early morning Mindfulness Meditation, mid-morning All-Levels Vinyasa and late afternoon Deep Stretching. Throughout the retreat, our practices will encourage a return to the present moment, a compassionate relationship with our bodies, gratitude for the support of one another, and appreciation for the gift of this miraculous life.
