Welcome the season of renewal with a weekend dedicated to yoga, meditation, and gentle self-reflection. Together, we will attune to the rhythms of nature and the generous unfolding of spring - quieting our minds, awakening our bodies, and opening our hearts. Our days will include an early morning Mindfulness Meditation to invite ease, a mid-morning All-Levels Vinyasa Flow practice to cultivate vitality and presence, and a late afternoon Deep Stretching session to create inner space. We will bring each day to a peaceful close with offerings of Yoga Nidra or a Sound Bath, encouraging rest and restoration. There will be plenty of free time for relaxation - walks in the woods, reading, or sharing wonderful plant-based meals and warm friendship.Throughout the retreat, our practices will encourage a return to the present moment, a compassionate relationship with the body, a spirit of gratitude for the support of one another and a heartfelt appreciation for the gift of this miraculous life. You may choose to stay for either two or three nights.
