We have opened up some additional rooms for our Fall Retreat. I hope you can join us for a weekend devoted to yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, and spiritual exploration. Our time together invites us to cultivate loving awareness and open body, mind, and heart to the fullness of life. Mornings begin with meditation, followed by an uplifting Vinyasa flow. Afternoons allow time to read, rest, walk in the woods, or enjoy Menla’s wonderful spa. We wind down the days with deep stretching, and bring the evenings to a close with Yoga Nidra or a Sound Bath. Slip into the quiet, introspective spirit of autumn, a time of reflection and inner transformation. You may choose to stay for either two or three nights. We look forward to sharing this special time of discovery as we seek to embody peace, wisdom, love, and light in our world.
