Find freedom in your body through strength, awareness, and release. This 2-hour workshop blends resistance stretching, an active, strength-building approach, with myofascial release ball rolling to challenge your strength, release deep tension, and restore natural range of motion. Expect active stretching, ball rolling, and muscular engagement that’s intense but effective ,balanced by release and recovery. You will leave feeling stronger and aligned from the inside out. This workshop will help you release deep, stuck tension in fascia and muscles, build flexibility by strengthening as you stretch, and improve mobility and support long-term resilience. Open to all levels.
