Pranayama Lab is a 2-hour experiential workshop exploring breath as a tool for regulation, awareness, and resilience. Students learn foundational breathing principles, explore traditional pranayama techniques, and experience breath within both stillness and all-levels vinyasa movement. The focus is on clarity, safety, and practical application, offering tools that support nervous system balance and everyday well-being. This workshop includes foundational breathing practices, including diaphragmatic and functional breathing, Oxygen Advantage informed breathing techniques and breath holds, xploration of ujjayi breath within all-levels vinyasa movement, traditional pranayama practices such as Brahmari, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, and Bhastrika, education woven throughout to support safe, informed, and embodied practice
