We look forward to practicing outdoors at Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road at 6 pm on Wednesday on 9/10 & 9/24. Our donation-based Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all skill levels. We look forward to being together at the close of the day and lifting up our intentions.

Please use the paved driveway - not the gravel one- when entering from Quaker Road. Also, please bring along a yoga mat if you have one.
