Rest in the warm glow of a candlelit room as we explore a series of gentle stretches to lengthen and rehabilitate muscles, release tension, and welcome rejuvenation. Our practice will include guided reflections to ease the central nervous system and quiet the mind. This restorative stretching practice is supported by props and enhanced by therapeutic essential oils. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. It is also helpful to bring your own yoga props if you have them. Kindly arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of class to give us time to arrive and set up. We look forward to being together.
