Join us in the warm flow of a candlelit room and explore a series Settle into the warm glow of a candlelit room for a series of gentle stretches accompanied by mindful guided reflections that help calm the central nervous system and quiet the mind. Create space in your heart and find rest in the fullness of loving awareness. This restorative stretching practice is supported by props and enhanced by therapeutic essential oils. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. It is also helpful to bring your own yoga props if you have them.
