We practice so we can live more fully, with our hearts still intact. To stay open, curious, and loving even when life asks a lot of us. In this workshop, we will move through myofascial release with therapy balls, a full-body vinyasa practice, and pranayama, arriving layer by layer at the heart. Loving kindness meditation seals the practice. When we learn to reside in the heart, it becomes a gift, to ourselves and to everyone around us.
