A guided journey into breath and rest to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Explore the science of breath and return to your grounded home base through practices that support emotional balance and deep rest. You will move through slow flow breathing to calm and oxygenate the body, conscious connected breathwork to clear and expand awareness, and a deeply restorative meditation to integrate and settle. Reiki is offered throughout to support balance. Led by Daphne Lyon, a seasoned breathwork teacher, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to connect with your breath, body, and inner wisdom.
