This workshop is designed to help you move better, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body. You will be guided through a practice of resistance stretching, myofascial release with massage balls, and slow flow breathing to support recovery, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Led by Daphne Lyon, a bodyworker and yoga teacher who integrates movement and recovery techniques, this session offers a comprehensive approach to improving flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
