Settle into the warm glow of a candlelit room for a series of stretches to lengthen and rehabilitate muscles, release tension, and welcome rejuvenation. Guided mindful reflections throughout the practice help to calm the central nervous system and quiet the mind. Take some time to create space in your heart, and find rest in the fullness of loving awareness. This restorative stretching practice is supported by props and enhanced by therapeutic essential oils. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
