Jennifer Galgano, Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor

Jen is a long time yoga practitioner who used yoga in her own pregnancy to help alleviate stress and and prepare for the arrival of her daughter. She believes that her yoga practice made a significant difference during her own birthing experience.  Jen has over 300 hours of yoga teacher training including a 100 hour certification in prenatal yoga.  She leads prenatal classes that are accessible to all women throughout their entire pregnancy.

In the prenatal class you can expect to use breathwork and meditation to cultivate mindfulness and connect with your body’s innate wisdom about giving birth.  You will stretch and strengthen the muscles that support your baby and pregnancy and benefit from much needed relaxation.  It is a wonderful opportunity to meet other moms in a safe, open community that encourages you to freely discuss what you are experiencing.

Jen is available for small group and individual sessions and can be reached at 609.785.1636 or solarmoonyoga@gmail.com
